Positive Youth Expressions, Incorporated is one of Maryland's leading non-profit organizations serving children and youth in Baltimore. The organization was founded in 1993 by Denise L. Folks,Ph.D. for the purpose of providing comprehensive formal and informal educational services for the entire family. In 2000, Positive Youth Expressions, Incorporated began offering outreach services to adult family members in the area of supportive housing and counseling.We take pride in offering the best services to families.  We are dedicated to serving the needs of all individuals.

We have had the honor of programming for children, youth and families for more than thirty years in Baltimore, Washington,D.C. and Virginia.

We have been recognized by the Maryland Governor's, Mayor's,Baltimore City Council, Delegates and Congressmen,Youth Works, Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, the "Y" of Central Maryand,Maryland State Department of Education and Child Care Administration and many other person's and organizations. We are a highly respected organization.
